Positive: All food and tours included in the price- either we missed this whilst booking or it wasn’t mentioned. I couldn’t work out why the cost seemed so expensive but now it makes sense. Lunch and dinner very good Tours very well efficient and well planned Rooms basic but pleasant- good AC

Negative: Breakfast not as good as lunch and dinner Shower terrible We opted not to do 2 of the activities, informed them but they still knocked on our door at 6am one morning to wake us up for the activity Rooms very dark Please communicate the schedule of activities and the pick up service from Sandakan in advance
