Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable and excellent amenities. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request. The location was perfect, close to the outdoor theme park entrance. Housekeeping was reliable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. This hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Genting.
