Positive: Large room and bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Close to the beach.
Negative: We couldn't check in straight away as we arrived about 10am. We just left our languages to store at the reception and we got a vouchers for the welcome drinks. We were told to go to the roof top bar to redeem it. In the bar we were told we can't have drinks now and we need to come back after 10:30am. When we come back later about 1:30 the roof bar was closed. We stayed downstairs in the restaurant. We were offered only horrible cardamon drinks as our welcome drinks. The staff in restaurant didn't have any clue how to serve food in sequential order. First we got our main courses and then, while we were still eating, we got our starters. I asked twice if the soup will be spicy and I was reassured it will be not. The soup was hot spicy 😔 The waitresses seemed to be more interested to prepare more tables than to serve the current clients. The food wasn't tasty at all. Only the pizza was delicious. I would recommend to get food across the road on the beach which is much cheaper and more tasty. We tried couple of restaurants there and we were happy. The room was big and bright, the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was large but not cosy at all. The toilet difficult to flush and the shower water leaked through the floor. Everything looked old and worn out. The 5th floor swimming pool view is not a sunset but a lot of rubbish and mess on the street. In my opinion this is 3* hotel but not a 5*. I had much bigger expectations from 5* hotel.
