Positive: Staff and resort are amazing.

Negative: The "biggest ballroom in Bali" is being built at the Segara complex and is extremely noisy. Certainly not the relaxing holiday we had planned! No mention of these works on Booking.com or Ayana website. Spoke to management who applied a small credit to our account but would have preferred to know in advance.
