Summary: We were given a room on the ground level near the car park, and it looked nothing like the photos online. The room had a very noticeable musty smell, likely because there were no windows. Soundproofing was poor — we could hear doors opening and closing, as well as people talking early in the morning. The water faucet was dirty and rusty, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray in all directions. I even spotted a small roach in the toilet, though it ran off before I could take a photo. The floor felt oily and unclean, which made the room rather uncomfortable overall. Although the location was convenient, I definitely wouldn’t book this hotel again.
