Positive: The Hilton brand of hospitality i guess? Service oriented. Like how the staff offered a plate of fruits to me while waiting for my dinner order from Makan place which was slightly longer than usual. Thumbs up for service recovery.

Negative: Just maybe breakfast didn’t meet my expectations after hearing the praises Double tree got for their breakfast offerings. It was just alright i thot, not consistent w the ala carte dinner order the day before. And also how they deducted the full price of my reservation on booking.com the same day I reserved it. They’ve explained the reason which I think just shows that they are Kinda desperate?

Summary: Looking forward to their the food store resto which was closed by the time of mh first night with them in Dec. Will try
