Summary: My go to hotel for a JB staycation, room is clean and considerably well maintained, staff is efficient at check in counter, would have loved to swim in one of my favorite hotel pools in JB but it was spoilt by huge family groups fooling around in the pool, probably wrong timing it’s New Year’s Day.
