Sitting at the base of the Adirondack park, this beautiful waterfront home is located on Lower Higley in Colton NY. The property is lived in as it's our main home, we open it year-round for your convenience. What you see is what you get, if it's here it's yours to use. We are very laid back when it comes to hosting you! Keep in mind we do have 2 dogs who live in this home but are removed when rented if you have pet allergies.
The home can comfortably sleep 12 adults. (2 king size beds, 2 twins' beds (ones a high up bed) 1 , 1-fold out bed, 1 sectional couch, 1 leather couch, 1 air mattress upon request. Picture of beds available upon request.
The sunroom and porch is a awesome feature of the property. A great place to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the views of the water in the backyard.
The property has an above ground swimming pool 4ft deep and a tanning bed both are available for usage during your stay.
Consisting of 6000 living spaces on the THREE floors.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: You will find a laundry room with washer and dryer, also a tanning bed with full access to use to renter, open concept living room with a 86' Smart TV and electric fireplace. A playroom or second living space with a 65' Smart TV. Open Kitchen and dining room the kitchen includes views over the river to die for. Wine Refrigerator, dishwasher, farmhouse sink and microwave. The bar has seating for 5. The dining room has a table that seats up to 6. There is a desk with a office chair to do a little work if needed. You will find access to the sunroom and porch from both the dining room and the main front door. There is 1/2 bath on main floor.
