Negative: A few issues that prevent a eating higher than 7 Lack of soap - watered down! No dishwasher as in description Fridge was not cold Not all plates are clean Cleanliness in bathroom lacking Bug cocoons in door frame Jacuzzi quite dirty Aircon in rooms very loud, maybe broken compressor Room service quite slow Note: housekeeping only on request
