Positive: Convenient, quiet location in historic area. Easy walk to nearby cafes, restaurants, wharf/bus station and food markets. Nice, gentle and helpful staff on hand to help. Made it so easy. Allowed me to check in early. Very clean, quiet and modern accommodation. Clean towel and bedding. Firm, but comfortable single bed and pillow. Everything feels quite new and fresh. Good lighting in room. Very hot showers with good water pressure. Lovely cold aircon in common hallway area, a switchable fan driven vent to let the cold aircon air into your bedroom (can be shut off if needed) plus a big fan in each room. The room is small but it is great for a good and peaceful night's sleep. I am a very light sleeper and always feel too warm, so this room was perfect for me. Bedrooms have a keyed lock plus there is an external locker if you need it. Each room has a small wardrobe, bedside light, power outlet and bedside table. There is a handy hook on the wardrobe to hang up your towel. The building is secure with an electronic swipe to let yourself into the building. A nice common area/lounge room with books and a fridge with bottles of drinking water. A pizza restaurant below serves quality food and drinks. Handy! One of the best hostels I have stayed in!

Negative: Something to keep in mind if it is busy there is only one toilet and shower for each gender. Luckily when I stayed, it was quiet, so it was not a problem. Some paper towels to dry hands would be a suggestion for an improvement only! :)
