Take a look at this gorgeous 4500 square foot home in the desirable Upper Mission. The property is on 1 acre making it big enough for families with a grand front entrance and parking comfortable for three vehicles and extra parking for a fourth in guest parking. The main floor has an open concept with kitchen, living room and dining area looking on to the brand new pool and huge back yard with all new patio furniture and bbq. The main floor also includes one of the two master suites in the house which includes a queen, a tv with a walk in closet and a grand bathroom with a soaker tub and shower for two. The master also a patio door that leads right out to the pool and outdoor living.
The upper level leads up to the living area with a couch, fireplace and tv as well has three more bedrooms, and a semi private area with a pull out couch. The second master suite is on the upper level that mirrors the main level suite however has a cozy fireplace and a patio door leading to a big deck looking on to the pool a great way to have your morning coffee. Another bedroom right off the master that has a bunk bed which is perfect for kids and teenagers. The third bedroom is just like a master with the huge space looking down on to the pool. The upper level also has a huge double sink bathroom with a soaker tub. Also with more convenience a bar with a fridge and sink for any extra food or beverages you might have.
The property it’s only 2 minute drive away from Summerhill winery and cedar creek winery. Like to quad? Bring your quad and drive right up the street to go up the popular chute lake area for day rides. 12 minutes away from the new pandosy area as well as the popular gyro beach. You are 10 km away from downtown Kelowna and if you are a golfer you with love the many courses Kelowna has to offer. With the house being like a private oasis you may never want to leave! Perfect for families everyone has a ton of space to relax and to have fun.
