Positive: The rooms were incredible. Super clean. Amazing view of the sea (we got the traders room with a sea view). But the best thing about this hotel was the service. Every single person was so helpful and kind. Shoutout to aminul at the pool - who went over and beyond. All the staff at the hotel reception and breakfast were also amazing. We had a slight issue with our taxi on the way to the hotel and the staff at the door also went over and beyond to help us out. Just such great service - would recommend anyone to stay here in Penang. Really was the highlight of our trip in Malaysia.

Negative: Gym got really hot. I think they could improve the air conditioning in the gym.

Summary: Beautiful new stylish hotel, and impeccable service
