Summary: Nice place with an awesome view of the ocean. Beautiful, yummy breakfast was well worth the extra cost. Very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the center of town, but still private, safe and relatively quiet with big trees great for viewing wildlife. Nice, clean comfortable room with ceiling fan. Shared bathroom and shower were unexpected but likely because I just didn't notice it in the description of the room.
