Positive: Really don't have anything to complain about. Yes you aren't getting the ritz for 20 bucks but what you are getting is in my opinion a good value hotel with a clean, functional room & bathroom. Had to look for a while before I found a budget hotel in KL without any crawlies mentioned in reviews: happy to report there were indeed no crawlies in the hotel. So for anyone else looking for a budget hotel without shenanigans; no cockroaches, no bedbugs, no ants, no whatever: this qualifies. Good shower pressure. Airconditioning unit was brand spanking new, so no dust or whatever in there. Location is also good, very close to a food court(with your back towards the entrance, go right, right again into the alleyway, walk 50m and you'll see it on your left. Now the elevator is out of order; doesn't matter to me but if you're traveling with heavy suitcases it's something to keep in mind.
