Positive: Magnificent views across the strait to Bali Very lovely staff for the most part Shoutout to Asril Adi and Surya who are amazing within an infrastructure that is way below par

Negative: Right now this is a 3 star resort ( at best ! ) - it’s nowhere near a 5 star experience on any level Very poorly maintained buildings and gardens - faulty electrics / non flushing toilets/ unsightly rubbish strewn around the grounds / erratic wifi / a room service coffee order that took almost 2 hours to arrive correctly ( 3 attempts 😳🫣) etc etc I felt really sorry for the front-line staff
