Positive: The location is amazing - right nearby a main plaza, access to metro/busses, restaurants and more. Rooms were nice and comfortable and looked renovated/in good condition. Even the breakfast offer, which is a collaboration with a nearby patisserie coffee shop, is pretty nice with plenty of things to choose from (the place is 5 min walk away)

Negative: Getting into the place is a bit tricky and not too obvious at first, but the support from the team was great and they always answer all your questions and can help with any request. The place itself is simply an apartment floor in a regular building that was turned into these kind of Airbnb rooms. But this is common in Naples, where there aren’t many hotels so you have a lot of these Airbnb setups.

Summary: Cute place with nice clean and renovated rooms, but don’t expect a hotel.
