Positive: I loved the surprises that Min and the team at Neon Rose Motel prepared for my friends who were getting married, and they also surprised us with freshly baked goods from a local bakery - super sweet and thoughtful! Min was also very responsive when there was a power outage in the neighborhood for a short period of time, and also when the common area lights did not turn on at night, Min came by personally to reset the light switch, super attentive!

Negative: It would be great if there was a bidet in the toilet, otherwise everything was lovely!

Summary: Neon Rose Motel has been the cutest and cosiest stay in Bali, would definitely come back!
