Positive: Had an exceptional stay at Kastara Resort & Spa. Everything was perfect — the hospitality, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the overall service were truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every detail during my stay reflected high-quality service and genuine care for guests. I highly recommend Kastara to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Bali.
