Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The service was great, and the staff were very accommodating. When I needed the bathroom refreshed, it was taken care of right away. The staff arranged a snorkeling trip for me, which was a highlight, and recommended a nearby restaurant within a two-minute walk, which was absolutely perfect. The property is right on the beachfront; just a few steps down and you’re in the sea. Highly recommend! I look forward to returning.

Negative: The bathroom has a damp problem, however the staff ensured the room was refreshed right away, and did not bother me during the rest of my stay. When leaving the hotel, I kept the AC on the whole time, and the bathroom extractor fan on, which resolved the issue. The staff told me they will look into this to resolve the issue permanently, and I am sure they will. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
