Summary: We were greeted by a less than welcoming staff person. The room was “okay”, however very old and did not appear to be maintained. We walked into a sweltering hot room as all appliances including refrigerator, freezer and AC were either unplugged or turned off. The pool was covered in algae and leaves. The jacuzzi was empty. Aside from the registration staff, all other staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was very nice.
