Summary: The service is amazing, everyone is welcoming and supportive. Locations is great. Cons: mold everywhere! The whole toilet is full of mold. Hot water pressure is bad, sometimes during the days there is no hot water at all. I’m not sure if the pump doesn’t have the capacity to work for high floors, or if they switch off the pump during sleeping hours, but it’s completely bad. The rooms needs more furniture or a better way to reduce the outside noise. You can hear everything happening in the next door rooms, in the upstairs room, and in the hall. The hotel clearly needs some conditioning.
