Summary: Room was run down floor was dirty Staff charged pet fee for a service dog even with paperwork and said would only offer credit if room was in good condition. I wish room was clean before we got there so my feet werent dirty going to bed Recent name change made for high reviews on google which was why i choose this hotel to begin with It was fine for the $ i spent butnwould have happily paid ab extra $ for a cleaner hotel with breakfast
