From 1st january 2023, a tourist tax of rm 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. guests with a valid malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents my pr card are exempted. all bookings are subject to a myr 2 heritage charge per room per night. this is to be paid directly to the hotel, booker’s id / passport and same credit card holder must be presented upon check in. should the booker’s or credit card holder is not available upon check , new full payment arrangement will be made upon check-in, should it be payment on behalf (third party), a letter of authorization with credit card copy (front & back) is required to be forward to hotel reservation department prior to check in, please note that the property does not accept debit cards, please note that the swimming pool is close from 10th of july 2024 until 17th of july 2024.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
