Positive: I was offered an upgrade free of charge as they thought a different room would be better suited to my needs. The location is served a great tramline, it’s a base for the price paid.

Negative: The cafe/bar wasn’t open for a drink - it would be nice if there was a vending machine for when it’s closed.
