Positive: It is simple, but well kept. Very good value for the money. Nice location. About 10 mins walking from Tekek jetty, about 2 mins walking from a beach with nice sand and coral reef. Room was spacious, clean and comfy (Aircon, hot shower and fridge in the room). Rental of bikes, bycicles and snorkeling equipment available at the counter. Few restaurants in a walking distance, which are open even during monsoon season.

Negative: It is not something what I didn't like, but just for the info: when it is raining it might be very loud in the room. Some lower price rooms don't have aircon and toilet/shower in the room.
