Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice room, the breakfast was ok but miss some "continental" things, staff was kind and gentle. Location ok but need car or taxi to move, not far from train station to reach Jakarta city center.

Negative: The lift of the hotel during rush hours were a nightmare. In 2 situations we had to wait almost 15/20 mins at 18 floor to get it. Service in room and at the restaurant may really improve !! We had to call (with google technology not really simple and working) many times the reception to receive assistance or the delivery of what we asked. Sometimes no answers at all from reception staff.
