Enjoy a beautiful, waterfront condo with easy access to I-95.
Optional boat slip can be added for an additional $100 fee. Please message me letting me know if you plan to bring a boat that will require a boat slip.
The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, shower, garden tub, and TV. Lakefront balcony is furnished with a bistro table and cushioned wicker set, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine, accessible from Master Bedroom or Living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full hall bath. Third bedroom offers two twin beds with additional twin mattress, which could also be used, a TV, an Xbox 360, and a private full bathroom. The living room is furnished with a 50" Smart TV. Unit offers high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, as well as a DVD player. Dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the bar overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, and Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular Mr. Coffee. Kitchen stocked with essential cookware. Washer/Dryer in unit. Boat ramp and unsecured boat/trailer parking in the community. Three golf courses within 5 minutes (Santee National GC, Lake Marion GC, Santee Cooper CC). The condo is on the second floor accessed by a ramp from the parking lot. but walk in, no stairs to condo itself. To the dock and boat slip at the water level, steps/stairs are involved. Check-in is using a lock box right outside the front door. Renter will be notified within a day of checking with all details. Always try to allow early check-in if possible. You will be notified at least a day ahead as to the availability of early check-in.
Santee offers most major fast-food restaurants, Cracker Barrel, local deli, and very nice local restaurants, as well as (the) Lake House Restaurant, which offers an awesome Prime Rib on Saturday night (RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED) Well worth it!!! Great atmosphere. Captains Quarter is another favorite with great food.
A well-stocked Food Lion grocery store is within a mile of the condo.
