We believe it’s important to use local products and ingredients. Therefore, fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs are purchased daily at the local market. Pure, fresh, and authentic! You must provide the staff with money in advance so they can go to the market. Afterward, they will provide you with receipts.

Dolphin-watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main natural attractions of this quiet and laid-back coastal town in North Bali. What this black-sand beach lacks in features compared to the beaches around the island’s south, it makes up for with its frequent sightings of dolphin pods that favor these calm waters. Back in the day, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outrigger canoes set out for their daily catches in the bay—and so did the dolphins.
This unique bond between humans and dolphins developed over time—hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerel gathered, and likewise, dolphins joined in the frenzy as the cast nets were deployed. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors on dolphin-watching tours to see their aquatic friends.
