Summary: Upon arrival, the unit seemed very clean, well-furnished, and fully equipped. We had no trouble getting into the building or parking in the garage despite there being no actual lobby or staff. After our first night, we found out that the bedroom vent does not work, so we woke up in a hot and humid sauna. Our bedroom window happened to face the bars and food truck across the street, which blasted music until 3/4 in the morning; even with the sound machine on full volume, we could not sleep. Paired with our lack of sleep from the noise pollution, in the light of the next morning we realized that the rug was filthy, walls scuffed up, baseboards dirty, so our comfort level immediately went way down. To their credit, however, I did submit an internal review partway through our stay stating some of these complaints, and someone from their IT support reached out to address them. Since our stay was fairly short, I asked that they sort out the issues after we left. On a positive note, the unit was very spacious and had some beautiful aesthetic touches throughout. Overall though, I'm sorry to say that we would not recommend a stay here nor would we return.
