Positive: Really close to ICE BSD Price is cheap and the host is willing to help and share infos around the area

Negative: The decoration in general def got some rooms in improvement. Signs showing the building was built in rush and you can see the dried paint on the door handle No mirror and hair dryer in the bathroom And please try not to knock on my door in the middle of the night, I know you did this out of good intension cause I told you I had to leave really early in the morning, but I didn’t ask to wake me up cause I got my alarms set up already. If someone miss their ride because of this them it’s their own fault, not yours.

Summary: If you are planning to go to ICE BSD for event then this will be a budget stay
