Positive: Close to some good restaurants and good cafe. Host was nice. Made ok breakfast, omelette and black tea. Good view of ricefields. Just across the road. You have to pay 40k to enter the area. Wifi good. Parking for car outside room.

Negative: Close to road. Noisy as up till 10,pm. Lots of bikes revving. Room had heater/fan. Not sure if it worked. Bathroom needed a Reno and a real good steam clean. Ok for overnite cheap stay
