Summary: Pool/hot tub not in use given weather/date. We were the last customers of season, which might have given us a hint to how things would be. I had a little trouble with credit card making reservation so called the location to make sure reservation was ok and the man complained that I used Expedia and he had to pay you 15%. Then he started to tell me this and that about his son, and I tuned out. At the facility, there was a decaying deck we had to climb up to to access our unit; adjacent was a rotted out flower bed that had fallen apart in the parking and deck area. The blankets were plastic foam and smelled. I would not enter the shower. Kept my shoes on in the unit. A big disappointment but the price we paid for not knowing it was a big St. George Octoberfest weekend and everything else already booked.
