Boasting almost 4000 sq ft of pure luxury, this delightful villa make this home the perfect place to start your new memories. The home has been professionally decorated with brand new modern décor. As you walk through the front door, you will find a striking living room with a very large sectional sofa and large screen TV. Behind the living room is the dining area, which looks out the patio doors to the covered lanai and pool/spa area. Spend lots of time in the pool area ample lounge chair seating and patio table for outdoor eating in the completely screened in area. The kitchen is impressive and this whole area is open concept so the whole family can enjoy some vacation entertaining together. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter-tops, light colored cabinets,stainless steel appliances, and has everything you will need! The lower level boasts 2 bedrooms. One king bedroom with ensuite bath and even a door out to the pool area. Another king bedroom on the main floor has a bathroom access door. Upstairs you will find 6 additional bedrooms. There is yet another King across from this king bedroom you will find a Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds with ensuite. This ensuite is shared on the other side with another bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. You will find another king bedroom with ensuite door and across from that shared with another bunk bed room with bottom and top full size beds. You will also find another twin bedroom with 2 twin beds. The home will sleep 19 comfortably with this great layout. In the middle of all these bedrooms is a fantastic upstairs lounge area with pool table and bar set. Open the double doors at the end of the upstairs area to the large movie room with 9 great movie seats and a 100 inch movie projector screen. The icing on the cake? The game room downstairs comes complete with ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball games for hours of enjoyment. A large bar top table and 4 chairs completes the area.
