Hickory hardwood floors, new paint, mostly new furniture, new lighting fixtures throughout including outdoor spaces. Full kitchen, roomy bathroom, extra large main bedroom, beautiful front porch and fully fenced, semi-private backyard. THE SPACE Hickory hardwood floors throughout (bathroom is tiled). Newly painted inside and out. New lighting throughout including chandelier s in bedrooms. Farmhouse lighting in kitchen creating a beautiful glow on ceiling. Welcoming porch with new lighting, patio furniture for relaxation, soothing colors exuding luxury. Main living area has a large sectional couch with a sofa bed available for additional guests. Large bay window affords plenty of lighting, ceiling fan light and additional task lighting. Large bedroom with chandelier exudes luxury, beautiful bed, huge closet with custom features. Bathroom is very large with dual sinks, rain shower head and plenty of room. Kitchen is huge, and includes gas stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. Hickory hardwood floors continue, new lighting (so cool!), island with seating for your dining or morning coffee. Rear bedroom with hardwood flooring, new chandelier, beautiful furnishings for a cozy nights slumber. Rear patio area is shaded with a lighted ceiling fan, patio furniture that overlooks rear private yard that is shared with the upstairs tenant. GUEST ACCESS * You will have access to the entire first floor with the exception of one locked closet off the main living area. * Front porch and back yard are shared. Rear patio area is for your use, though the upstairs tenant may access the front gate through the patio area.
