Positive: The owner provides an additional mattress with which we are able to accommodate up to 20 people.

Negative: The water pressure is low in 2 of the bathrooms (upstairs). Also the dining table area and kitchen are not on the same level, this can cause people to fall down.

Summary: Passable with 2 major improvements is needed.
