Sea Winds 35 is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 3 floor condo only steps from the ocean! The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and the second bedroom has a twin trundle bed. The second floor has living room, dining room and kitchen as well as 2 balconies and half bath. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony on the second floor. The third floor has master bedroom, bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a one car garage ideal for your sand and beach toys or a smaller vehicle and is available for guests' use.
Sea Winds is close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It has a gated entrance, pool, hot tub, tennis court and a private walkway to the beach.
Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
