Positive: The owner is very kind and considerable. Can check in a bit early and check out a bit late if there is no guest before or after the booking (depends on owner)

Negative: The house is not as clean as shown in the picture (google). Especially the toilet, I think the owner can clean it before guest enter the house. Besides that, the living room & kitchen also not very clean and comfortable. Maybe the owner can make improvement on the cleanliness.

Summary: I stay just for 1 night so for me it is ok as long the place is near to my destination.
