Basement: The basement consists of a single large open room, broken up into a seating area with TV, a wet bar, a small island and a pool table. There is also a cozy reading cubby for toddlers. Please note while there are two twin beds in this space, it is not closed off from the main house of the floor.
Additional Living spaces include a front screened-in porch with a large swing. A separate rear screened-in porch that is adjacent to the kitchen features lounge seating and a television. Both porches look out at the grounds of the Observatory.
