Summary: The room was kind of small and a lot of things were spoilt- had to call maintenance numerous times over the stay. One of the days the toilet bowl emitted worms which was very unhygenic. The mini bar was not working and our food was spoilt overnight. Even after changing the mini bar it was still the same. Just gave up complaining. The staff was exceptional. Indonesian hospitality is commendable and is actually at par to Thai's or better. Facilities were as expected but the car park system needs to be upgraded. Even when the taxi or Grab came to pick us up- we had to wait to exit because car park system took longer than expected to allow exit. Breakfast was great. Some of the front desk were either overwhelmed and was at times not very welcoming. Bell boy service was exceptional and Riyan was great.
