Summary: Booked a pool view room, got a room looking over a pond when you looked out the window. Was told by reception that the room we were given was an upgraded room! no balcony’s on any rooms! Room was kept clean daily. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Vast amount of breakfast choices, could do installing a proper coffee machine instead of just basic coffee & tea, also tissues on the tables would be good as I don’t think being told to blow your nose on a linen napkin is very hygienic! Bar staff were all friendly and interested in our stay. Food in the Komono restaurant by the pool was outstanding and experienced afternoon tea for 2, by the pool, which was lovely, could do with taking away one of the sweet options and putting an extra savoury roll on. Overall a lovely hotel just not having a balcony wasn’t for us as assumed a pool view room would have balcony!
