Summary: Room had obvious large rodent droppings throughout. Tub was not clean. Beds less than comfortable. Main issue as we were in emergency situation due to power loss and sub freezing temps during an ice storm was the hotel charged my debit card multiple days before we wven arrived. When we told them we were leaving due to the rat feces and having small children, they said they would refund one night of what they charged. Been 3 days and still not a dime back. Being a debit card, they wiped us out of all available cash and are stating a minimum of 7-10 business days to return. Never been to a hotel where they charge up front, before even signing in. We had used to pay at the hotel option vs charging it to a credit card. Unsatisfactory and unhealthy accommodation aside, the taking and holding of funds topped the list of why we would never recommend this property. Potential guests be ware
