Summary: Property from outside looks okay; however, once in the room: - First night, bed cover was unclean, there were stains /blotch/ spot on the bed cover, small cockroach on the bed, crawled into my legs. OMG! I immediately requested another room, still stains on the bed cover on the other room. Looked again the next room, until finally got okay. - No phone on the room, so no straight connection to the Front Desk, so I went down to FD. They explained there was an emergency phone in the hallway to communicate to front desk. - There was no electric outlet that fit US plugs (all for local output), and there was no USB outlet either. So, it ended I bought the adapter to accommodate the US plug, to charge my cellphone. - No coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. It ended I bought small appliances to make hot water. For me, cleanness of the room is number one when staying in a hotel. Cockroach in the bed is very disgusting. I am not going to stay here anymore. Sorry!
