Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I’ve only once stayed in a 5 star hotel, Ponciana in my opinion was way better in terms of service, value, and quality of food served than the 5 star place.

Negative: Not a dislike, but a suggestion, maybe the addition of a games room would be beneficial for any attending children, and a small gymnasium facility with an outside jacuzzi would make this place perfect.

Summary: This place is paradise.
