Positive: The staff was extremely attentive and always available, responding promptly and kindly to all our requests, which made us feel very well taken care of. The facilities were good, well maintained, and comfortable. The weather was surprisingly great. Despite it being monsoon season, we enjoyed plenty of sunny days with very little disruption. It really exceeded our expectations and made the trip much more enjoyable.

Negative: The only downside of this experience were the boat rides to the island. The boat ride was extremely aggressive and felt unsafe. To make things worse, we were forced to get off the boat in the middle of the way, both going to and coming back from the island. Instead of a proper transfer, we had to take two different boats, and during the transition we were literally put into a river that was not shallow at all: the water reached up to our knees. We had to hold all of our luggage above our heads to keep it from getting wet, while walking through water and sand. At one point, we even had to climb a wall of sand, which was completely unacceptable given the circumstances. Considering the price, this service is absolutely not worth it. Overall, it was a stressful, uncomfortable, and poorly organized experience. I would not recommend this shuttle to anyone.
