The comfortable detached house ALEXIA is surrounded by magnificent bougainvillea, banana plants, orange trees, fig and olive trees and offers a wide view across the Laconian Bay and the picturesque village Gythion. The house is set close to the idyllic Valtaki Bay in a beautiful hillside location on a terraced garden property with innumerable flower pots and various terraces that create an atmosphere of quiet peace and harmony. The comfortably and nicely furnished holiday house is built on a gentle hill covered with olive trees and is perfect for a great holiday. From the large front terrace you have a wonderful free view across the sea and the first headland of the Mani region.
The two-storey holiday house is at the end of a quiet dead-end road and can be accessed via some steps. Colourful bougainvillea plants are lining the entrance of the property. On elevated ground floor is the spacious living room with a high wood-panelled ceiling. Adjoining to the living room is the half-open kitchen and the bathroom. From the living room you have direct access to a large roofed terrace with a wonderful sea view. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor.
