This 3-room apartment offers a vacation with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 children aged 12 and older are welcome) and is located on the 4th floor.
Thanks to the elevator, you can easily reach the apartment, and a private parking space is also available. Children aged 12 and older are welcome.
3-room duplex vacation apartment in Scharbeutz on the 4th floor (elevator in the building) in a prime location with an east-facing balcony and a great ocean view.
The living room offers guests a couch, TV, and a dining area for 4 people. The open-concept kitchenette is also integrated here, featuring a stove, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, and a dishwasher. From here, you can access the covered, furnished balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
The first bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom (a loft-style bedroom) is accessible from the hallway via a staircase and also features a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment’s amenities.

Coin-operated washer and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.

There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
