Positive: Wonderful location with lush grounds full of plants and trees. We really enjoyed the free plantation tour and coffee tasting. The infinity pool was stunning

Negative: For a hotel like this, and considering that the "winter" weather isn’t perfect there, a larger spa with more facilities would be a great option for rainy days.
