Positive: “Very family-friendly resort. The kids loved the pool and the environment was safe and clean. A good place for a family escape.”

Negative: Nice resort overall, but I think some areas need improvement. Certain facilities feel a bit dated and could use better maintenance. With some upgrades, it would be an amazing place to stay. The resort is beautiful, but cleanliness can be improved. Some areas looked like they needed more frequent cleaning as i expected from a 4 star resort.
