VILLA ROSELLE – GROSSETO AREA
Villa Roselle, the ideal getaway location for a luxury Tuscan holiday, is a private villa with swimming pool in the heart of beautiful Maremma, only a few kilometres from the sandy beaches. The villa is situated in a large park of around 1.600 square metres, with heated swimming pool equipped with multi-light games and hydro and beautiful living spaces.
The villa develops over two floors.
On the ground floor, we find a large and bright kitchen with modern amenities and dining table for 18, two other smaller kitchens and a laundry room with washing machine. There is a cosy living room with sofas, fireplace and dining table for 12. The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of three double bedrooms with king sized bed and en-suite bathrooms with bath tub. There is one other separate bathroom with bath tub and shower and three service rooms.
On the first floor, we have the main living area with two dining tables for 20 people, sofas, fireplace, and billiard table. There is another smaller living room with library and sofas. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms (two with bath tub and one with shower) and one triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower that is suitable for children only. We also find one guest bathroom with toilet and sink and a service room.
Outside, the villa is located within a 1600 square metres park, complete with a private and heated swimming pool equipped with multi-lights and hydro massage (11x8m; 0.7 – 2.1 m deep), sun lounges and outdoor beds. By the pool area, we find a covered decked terrace with tables and chairs, bar and barbecue.
