Summary: Convenient location along Jungat Batu beach area. Has an onsite restaurant with sand bags and beach lounging area. Few steps away from the beach. Surrounding by shops and eateries. Basic accommodation but comfortable . Bear in mind there is no cupboard for clothes except for bamboo ladder which works well for hanging or fold them and use the shelves. Blacked out twice. Took a while to restore . Water can be sparse. Use the flush sparingly. Hairdryer to be borrowed at receptionist desk.
